Oban tasked us with refreshing their social channels and positioning their brand as more approachable and casual. Their current content was purely static and felt very curated and staged. They wanted to appeal to a younger audience and step away from the “stuffy, old, rich man drinking alone” expectation. Oban is a whisky to be shared, not savored. Come as you are, drop your shoulders and let the good times roll. So we did just that. We created a balance of high-quality DSLR photography with more natural scenes and UGC style videos including recipes and get-togethers.
